Practical information about surfaces, free quotes, cleaning methods and what to expect.
Is wet sandblasting safe for my property?
Suitability depends on the material, its condition and the proposed method. We assess the surface and can agree a test area first. Wet abrasive blasting is not suitable for every roof, render system, timber or historic surface.
Do you cover my area?
Send your postcode when the enquiry service is live, or call to discuss your location. Coverage, travel arrangements and appointment availability must be confirmed before a visit.
Will it damage brick, stone or wood?
An unsuitable method can cause damage. That is why surface condition, pressure, abrasive medium and any existing finish must be considered before work. We will not promise a damage-free result without an appropriate assessment.
Is it environmentally friendly?
Water-assisted methods can help control airborne dust, but no cleaning process is impact-free. Suitable products, containment and responsible management of run-off and removed material should be agreed for each job.
How long does the process take?
Timing depends on the area, material, access, level of build-up and the method selected. We discuss these details when preparing your quote so it can include a realistic programme, with weather-related limitations where relevant.
How much does it cost?
Each property is different. The quote should reflect the surface area, access, cleaning method and any additional protection or preparation. There is no published fixed price or obligation to proceed.
Do I need to prepare the area?
Before the visit, we agree access, parking, water availability and which items should be moved. Windows, pets, planting and neighbouring property should be considered in the preparation plan.
Are the before-and-after pictures actual completed jobs?
The launch-demo comparisons on this website are illustrative, digitally generated examples. They are not evidence of completed customer work. Replace them with approved, matching-angle project photographs before advertising actual results.
Does submitting the form request a quote?
In live mode, the form sends a request for a free quote. The team contacts you to clarify the work and prepare a proposal. In demonstration mode, details are not sent or stored and no quote request is submitted.
Are roof cleaning and wet blasting the same service?
No. Roof cleaning can require a gentler, roof-specific method. The roof covering, condition and safe access requirements determine whether and how cleaning should proceed.
